As a Registered Owner of the X-Meridian 7.1 or X-Fi Prelude 7.1, simply log into the the Registration Desk, click the Upgrade Link for the X-Meridian 7.1 or X-Fi Prelude 7.1. Follow the links to purchase the X-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1 and to print the Upgrade Program Request Form. If you have not registered your soundcard please do so now in the Registration Desk.
After receiving your new X-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1, ship your working X-Meridian 7.1 or X-Fi Prelude 7.1 with your filled-in Upgrade Program Form to Auzentech within the required timeframe. Auzentech will issue a credit within days of receiving the working sound card with all required materials. Timeframe and required materials are listed below.
Eligibility: Except for the Limits described on this page, Registered Owners of the X-Meridian 7.1 or X-Fi Prelude 7.1 who purchase anX-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1 from the Auzentech Online Store during the Upgrade Program are eligible. The X-Meridian 7.1 or X-Fi Prelude 7.1 must be fully functional and registered. If you have not registered your X-Meridian 7.1 or X-Fi Prelude 7.1, please do so now in the Registration Desk (a part of the Online Support Center).
Limits: One upgrade is allowed per person/household/family address/X-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1 order. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the trade-in to Auzentech. The new X-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1 must be purchased directly from Auzentech via the Auzentech Online Store (simply visit the X-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1 product page and click the buy link).
Upgrade Program Form: You will send an Upgrade Program Request Form with the X-Meridian or X-Fi Prelude. You can download the form in PDF format in the Registration Desk
Shipping Your X-Meridian or X-Fi Prelude: After you receive and install your new X-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1, you will ship your X-Meridian or X-Fi Prelude to Auzentech. Refer to the following required, optional, missing and defective item information.
Required: Completed Upgrade Program Request Form, operational X-Meridian or X-Fi Prelude, cables, and optic Toslink adapters (1 pair).
Optional: Original box, CD, or manual, but you may include if you like.
Missing Items: If cables or Toslink adapters are missing, the current retail value will be deducted from the rebate. Any upgrade requests without a completely filled out Upgrade Program Request Form will be refused.
Defective Items: All offers and warranties will be deemed void if returned products have any physical, electrical, or electrostatic damage.
Lost Packages: Auzentech is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected shipments. A courier service with shipment tracking such as DHL, FeDEX, or UPS is highly recommended.
Rebate: Once the X-Meridian 7.1 or X-Fi Prelude 7.1 is confirmed as fully operational, a credit will be issued to the customer's credit card. Customers can securely store credit card information in the Auzentech online store to facilitate the process: http://store.auzentech.com
Expiration & Time Limits : To be eligible for the rebate, your X-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1 purchase must be made no later than September 15, 2009. You must ship your eligible soundcard to Auzentech no more than 30 days after your X-Fi HomeTheater HD 7.1 purchase.
