RMA Terms & Conditions

An Auzentech Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) allows customers to return defective products for replacement. After you submit your RMA, you will need an approval from Auzentech. You will be asked by e-mail to return the defective product directly to Auzentech. Once we have received the defective product, we will test the product and ship a replacement product to you if our technicians are able to confirm that the product is defective.

Please refer to the following points.

  • Please review the Auzentech Return Policy before requesting an RMA.
  • If your product was purchased directly from the Auzentech online store, follow the Auzentech Return Policy and these RMA policies.
  • If your product was purchased form an Auzentech vendor, dealer, or retailer, you must first contact your vendor for replacement. If this proves to be impossible, please submit the RMA directly to Auzentech, with the understanding that the following restrictions apply:
    • Your product must be covered under warranty.
    • You may need to pay shipping costs, including shipping the defective product to Auzentech and the cost of shipping the return product to your location. See the Auzentech Return Policy for details.
    • Auzentech does not offer "cross-shipping."
    • All RMA returns must be shipped to Auzentech. Returns may not be dropped off or picked up at our location.
    • Do not send any accessories that came with the product. Only ship the "bare" audio card(s) to Auzentech.
    • Allow up to three (3) business days for your replacement to be shipped, from the date Auzentech receives your return.
    • Auzentech reserves the right to decline any application for an RMA number.
