Q: I cannot uninstall the Creative Media Toolbox Trial fully. What should I do?
A:This happens on occasion with software packages. Our suggestion is to go back to your last Restore Point. See the links provided above to learn about Restore Points. If you still have difficulty, to remove the files in the registry and make your PC more stable we recommend an uninstaller program, such as the one listed below:

Q : Why do I see a virus warning when I attempt to install the Creative Media Toolbox?
A :Some Anti-Virus programs are falsely reporting a Virus in the Creative Media Toolbox. These are False-Positives and do not represent a danger to your system. The warning is triggered by tamper-proof technology built into the Creative Media Toolbox software. It is not a virus.
