A :The Creative Media Toolbox software is a 30-day Free Trial. After one month you have the option to purchase it directly from Creative. As of this writing, the software is priced at $39.99 US.

Q: How do I install the Creative Media Toolbox?
A:Below is an overview of the steps to install the Toolbox.
- First, set a Restore Point in to make it easier to uninstall the software should you decide to do so.

- During installation of the soundcard drivers, click the Media Toolbox button. The following self-explanatory window will appear (below).
- On the window shown above, simply click the Run Trial button to begin your 30-Day Trial (below).

- If you clicked the Buy Now button, you would be taken to this page on Creative's Website where you can purchase the Creative Media Toolbox software (below).

Q: I cannot uninstall the Creative Media Toolbox Trial fully. What should I do?
A:This happens on occasion with software packages. Our suggestion is to go back to your last Restore Point. See the links provided above to learn about Restore Points. If you still have difficulty, to remove the files in the registry and make your PC more stable we recommend an uninstaller program, such as the one listed below:

Q : Why do I see a virus warning when I attempt to install the Creative Media Toolbox?
A :Some Anti-Virus programs are falsely reporting a Virus in the Creative Media Toolbox. These are False-Positives and do not represent a danger to your system.
The warning is triggered by tamper-proof technology built into the Creative Media Toolbox software. It is not a virus.
