is pleased to announced full restoration of services following a period of downtime on Friday, August 24.
Any Auzentech customers still experiencing difficulties accessing the affected pages should follow these steps.
The downtime was the result of work to bring the support section under the
umbrella of the Auzentech.com domain. Visitors saw downtime in the areas of support, downloads, and the Auzentech Community. The main Auzentech.com site
and the Auzentech store were not affected.
This maintenance, originally scheduled for a later date, began early due to a miscommunication between Auzentech staff and outside service providers.
Auzentech team again extends its apologies for the inconvenience caused to some customers.
